By accessing and using Silquick ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service. Silquick is operated by Orvaga ("we", "us", "our").
2. Description of Service
Silquick is a project management and client approval platform designed for freelancers and agencies. We provide tools for contract management, client portals, and project tracking. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account. You refer and agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Some features of Silquick are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis Ex; (monthly or annually). Payments are non-refundable except as expressly provided in our Refund Policy.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Orvaga and its licensors. You retain all rights to the content you upload to the Service.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Orvaga, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Karnataka, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
