1. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your Silquick subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your access to premium features will continue until the end of your current billing cycle. You will not be charged again after your current billing cycle ends.
2. Refund Eligibility
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with Silquick for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase.
After the 7-day period, payments are generally non-refundable. However, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis for extenuating circumstances.
3. Pro-rated Refunds
We do not typically offer pro-rated refunds for partial months of service upon cancellation.
